well, for one, the leader of the band said hi to me in the stop and shop.  i don't know where else you can go with that...  so i won't elaborate.

anyhow:  i ripped open half a thing of (low fat healthy oatmeal) cookie dough, and scoffed it while driving because i was THAT hungry.  at which time, i drove past someone on spring street who i don't particularly like at all.  if i had a stone to throw, i would.  she was pushing two babies in a stroller and looked like she was losing the whole damn war...  put on a significant amount of weight, needed a facial, etc...   I laughed out loud to myself with a mouth full of cookie dough, and instantly felt my self esteem rise by 5 points.  because i am tan and skinny.  that is why.  and actually, i wanted to stop my car, put down my window, point and laugh.  but there was too much cookie dough going on.  it would have sprayed all over the street.

Honest Tea.  my recent impulse buy in the line at the grocer...  i was very thirsty so i assumed any honey  green tea which was certified organic fair trade was somewhat healthy for me not to mention good for my karma (i take what i can get, considering at this point, i'm wishing i had a rock to pelt at this fat chick and her children) so i powered through the 16.9 or so ounces while i was noshing on my oatmeal cookie indiscretion.   the verdict is still out on whether or not the flavor was pleasing to my brain, however i noticed a little marketing trick they are able to do.  by writing "honey green tea" on the label beneath a little image of a honey jar and green tea leaves, my brain instinctively portrays that to be the flavor messages my tongue is sending.  and mostly based on the pleasant picture, tells me that I enjoy this.  in contrast, had the label read "mullica river water" with a little illustration of a stump floating through some opaque brown water, I would probably also believe that this, in fact was the source of the beverage, and would abandon all arbitrary notion of honey flavor or otherwise.  because it could just as easily also be the flavor of swamp water.  so what this tea actually is, I am uncertain.  either way, it contains plenty of antioxidants.  and it didn't make me want to vomit.  i'd probably buy it again.
